We offer flexible slots:

  • Morning    : 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Noon            :  1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening     : 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Yes. All our pet walkers go through:

  • Background verification
  • Basic training in pet handling

Orientation in safety, hygiene, and emergency care. We ensure your pet is in safe and caring hands.

Yes! We try to assign the same walker for consistency and bonding unless you request otherwise.

Yes, we offer one free trial walk to help your pet get familiar with our walker and service.

Booking is easy! Just head to our Walkies App & Website and choose the service that suits your pet’s needs. You can select your preferred time, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Absolutely. We arrange a Meet & Greet to introduce your pet to the walker and understand your pet’s routine, preferences, and temperament.

We take safety seriously. All our walkers are professionally trained, fully insured, and have completed background checks. Plus, you can track your pet’s walk in real-time using our app for total peace of mind.

Absolutely! If your pet has a favourite walker, let us know, and we’ll make sure they’re paired together for future walks. We aim to ensure a familiar, comfortable experience for your dog.

Yes! We offer monthly subscription packages that give you the flexibility of regular walks at discounted rates. Choose the plan that fits your pet’s walking schedule and enjoy a hassle-free experience.

We are happy to follow your pet’s routine, but our walkers will only feed your pet food provided by you. This ensures they stick to their diet and avoid any dietary issues.

Once your dog’s walk is completed, you’ll receive a notification with a report that includes a photo, Distance travelled, calories burned & numbers of steps update, and a map of the walk. Plus, if you’re using the app, you can track the walk live in real-time.

Walkies Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Walkies Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:

We totally understand — plans can change!
You’re free to reschedule or cancel your walk up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no charges at all.

If it’s less than 24 hours, the walk will be marked as used, and we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit.

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Here’s how it works:

  • Initial cancellation: You may cancel your purchased plan within the first 3 days of starting, and the remaining unused amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of used services (at single-walk rate).
  • Mid- Scheme cancellations will be converted to Walkie Points (W Points), which can be used in the next month’s subscription or other services.
  • Refunds are not applicable if 70% or more of the purchased plan has already been utilized.
  • If walks have already begun, a pro-rated refund will be credited as W Points based on unused walks.
  • No cash refunds. All eligible refunds will be credited as W Points.

Yes, absolutely! We offer special packages and discounts for pets that need two walks a day. Just check out our 1 Pet & 2 walks a day plan for the details

You can reschedule up to 3 walks within your subscription period, as long as you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the value of the walk will be converted into Walkie Points (W Points), which you can use for future bookings within 60 days.

  • If a walk/service is cancelled in time, the value is converted into W Points in your Walkies wallet.
  • Services under packages can be rescheduled within the valid period with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • 1 Walkie Point = ₹1, and can be used in any future booking within 60 days.

Walkie Points (W Points) must be used within 60 days from the date they are issued. Any unused points will automatically lapse after 60 days and cannot be reinstated. W Points are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for Walkies services.

Discounted packages are non-refundable once activated.

In rare cases where Walkies needs to cancel or reschedule due to walker unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen events, we’ll inform you promptly and offer:

  • A free reschedule, or
  • Walkie Points, based on your preference.

Refund Policy

How are refunds processed and how long do they take?

Refunds are processed in a timely and transparent manner to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original mode of payment and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If you choose Walkie Points (W Points) instead of a cash refund, they’ll be credited to your account instantly and can be used for future bookings within 60 days.

Grooming sessions and training programs, once started, are non-refundable. This is because the time, effort, and resources are already committed to your pet. If your pet is uncooperative or the session is cut short for any reason beyond our control, no refund will be provided.

Yes, some services — like boarding, daycare, or holiday bookings — may require an advance payment or deposit to confirm your slot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may lead to a partial or no refund, depending on the situation.

We do this to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all pet parents.
